Every animal deserves to be happy and I believe animals bring everyone happiness. So let's make sure we can maintain that happiness for these families and quality of life for their fur babies.
I have been called the Bozeman Pug Lady for a while. My little Nugget was part of the inspiration for this foundation. He was dumped without a knowledge of his back story and had AtlantoAxial Instability which led to a lot of financial expenses. I was lucky to have a community that helped throughout this and can't imagine someone who does not, hence the founding of this company.
Charlotte got her first pug Hurley 15 years ago and that relationship grew into a love for pugs she didn't know she needed. Since Hurley Charlotte travels to fundraisers helping raise money for pugs in need.
Scott's love for pugs started with Miss Apricot when they met on a trip to Glacier National Park. After she gave him that first look, it was all down hill from there and ever since he has loved pugs, her especially. We are happy to have him on our board!
Growing up, my family always adopted dogs and I knew then that I wanted to work to give animals as many chances as they need to find a happy life. Working with people as passionate about that as I am is truly inspiring.

Alana has always had a passion for animals from a very young age. She grew up with several animals including dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, rabbits, and more. Her first dog was Prince Harry Harrison, who showed her the most profound companionship anyone could ask for. Harrison was a rescue from the Crow agency and born in negative degrees weather. This didn't stop him from enjoying the snow though!
Harrison passed at only 7.5 years old from liver disease. He was very much loved and knew this throughout his life. I have wanted to honor him with a nonprofit that helps others because of how much he gave to me and family while he was earthside. This is how the foundation was named.
Along came Nugget, he was dumped at a local clinic in Bozeman. He was diagnosed with liver shunt and seizures which was later to be found that it was AtlantoAxial Instability. This diagnosis is an expensive fight (let alone scary). Luckily, there was a community of pug people who helped and kept him in the home he knew and loved. This is my motivation for creating this foundation, I want to help families who provide loving and safe homes to these sweet babies and help them with the care they may not be able to afford but need. Community and support are so important in these times and I know if I didn't have the few people who helped me, we may not have been able to get the results we did with Nugget.
This is why making sure each pet we provide services too has a safe environment and top-notch medical care is so important. Our focus is on healing the animal's body and mind while in a loving safe place.
Above all else, the health, safety and happiness of each animal is of utmost importance.
